Global Repair compost water wagons by Sittler provide an easy process to inoculate your compost with the Global Repair compost inoculating water wagon. Use your finished compost to inoculate your new compost batch with beneficial microbial content. Compost extracts can be made directly in the Global-Repair Inoculating water tank. The compost is placed in a mesh bag and gently massaged after dunking it into the inoculating tank releasing nutrients and microbes. The aeration water extraction invigorates microbes stimulating growth activity and reproduction in the new compost windrow.
As the water is dispersed from the compost water wagon to the compost turner the microbes from the small tank are diluted from the larger tank and mixed when applied as the compost is turned. The inoculating tank is separate with detachable hose at the bottom of the tank allowing for easy cleaning.
The compost water wagons come with 2 options; 1) Global Repair Compost water wagon with one flat bottom tank holding 1550 US gallons, 5867.38 Litres or 2) Global-Repair Compost water wagon with easy to clean, two cone bottom tanks for both water and inoculating tank, holding 1600 US gallons, 6056.65. Global Repair offers the convenience of collector and stacking conveyors to handle and carry screened product or overs. The Global Repair compost stacking conveyor by Sittler is independently operated by a 15 hp Kohler gas motor and available 24 inches wide by 34 feet long.
The belt is made of black rubber supported by a formed steel U-trough with a small hopper at the bottom, an adjustable material scraper is included. The conveyor has a clearance of 16 feet with a maximum belt speed of 320 feet/minute. Steel tubing with tires 9.5 L x 15 tires on 2- 4000 spindles and supported by 8 x 4", 35 degree troughing idlers.
Warranty on compost conveyors is one year with the exception of the belts and speed clutch, although an extra speed clutch is included with the conveyor.
